CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  4. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  5. The product would be picked in 7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  6. Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
  7. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
  8. Pre-stitched sarees cannot be returned/exchanged.
  9. The products purchased on Deal of the Week Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.
  10. Items purchased at our retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the stores. Similarly, items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.

    1) Exchange is possible for only for size variants.

    2) In case, if the customers return even 1 of the product the offer will be voided. And the customer has to pay the full price.

Domestic Orders: 

Cancellation Policy

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through the link: oyecraftoriginal@gmail.com

Return Policy 

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at oyecraftoriginal@gmail.com ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  
  2. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
  3. Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment through oyecraftoriginal@gmail.com If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at oyecraftoriginal@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
  4. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  5. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  6. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
  7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  8. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
  9. If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later. 
  10. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  11. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
  12. For COD orders, the refund link will be sent to registered email and contact number. Incase of non redemption of the link, you can contact our customer service within 3 months for a new link. 
  13. If you first opted for an exchange and then would want to return the exchanged product for a refund ,you would have to bear the 100 Rs reverse shipping charges

 

Exchange Policy: 

  1. Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request through order@feedingkurtis.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted
  2. A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up
  3. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order  *  Shipping Address : 55,56 Coder Machine, Ganpati Nagar, Gokulpura, Jaipur Rajasthan 302012,India
  4. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  5. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of  exceptional cases please write to us at returns@suta.in
  6. You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
  7. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  8. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  9. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  10. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.
  11. Once you opt for credit note , you cannot en-cash it later .
  12. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
  13. Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges , which would cost you 200 INR.
